Placing An Order
On Line Ordering:
To make an on-line order simply browse our ranges and add any items that you wish to buy to your shopping cart (also called basket). After you have finished your selection click on “checkout” and you will be asked for more details that we need to be able to complete the order.

You can also call between 8:00am and 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time.

We accept payment in 4 currencies; USD, GBP, Euro and ksh.

Returns / Exchanges / Refunds
Items MUST be returned to us within four weeks (i.e. 28 days) from the day of purchase for an exchange, credit note or a full refund.
For all refunds we require proof of purchase (purchase order number and date of purchase).

Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event of goods being faulty, items can be exchanged or fully refunded if returned within 21 days. Please contact us for full details.

Shipping costs are determined by the volume and weight of your purchase and the shipping speed you select.

Shipping Service
We ship all items via renowned means like FedEx, DHL, UPS, Kenya Airways etc. please note the we can only ship items to one address. Endeavour to confirm that you address is correct before you commit us to send.

Orders going to international destinations are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees and the client is responsible for paying these additional fees.

Since we are unable to provide estimates for any customs fees; you are advised to check with your local customs office for more information.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee. Goods maybe returned to us for a full refund; such items must, however, be returned in good condition.
